It's too early to say whether they do any good, up to now i have had no issues. I have heard people saying they make you sick, that's not an issue with me thankfully. However I am loosing a lot of weight, that's because I'm on a keto diet 1 month into it, its hard to say whether these supplements aid weight loss at this time *Update* I can now taste the raspberry constantly after almost a week taking these, however it's not unpleasant, also can smell it on my breath and when I go for a pee. Although do feel more energised and the crave for food is much less

Lost weight when used with a diet.
Had a low carb diet, cut back on junk, and took these in the afternoon with a full glass of water. After a couple of weeks I lost half a stone!! With self discipline and a diet I think this supplement aided my weight loss. You have to put the work in and not just pop a pill. Altogether I have nearly lost a stone, and I can now wear the clothes that were too tight a month ago.
