These work well on my lower back pain. Very durable, heat last a whole day. Definitely value for money! No skin irritation and the scent is not to strong. Patches are nice and big so they cover my lower back. My husband uses them for knee pain too.

It helps a lot of my co workers's body aches and muscle discomfort. I can also sleep well when i apply this on my joints, tummy and back at night as i have lots of discomfort in my body. Just remove it an hour prior shower to avoid burning sensation with warm baths. Love its stickiness as it stays all day and night. Its very effective and i rate 10 out 10 improvement

I have been using these Capsaicin Patches for years. Having Degenerative Disc Disease and mild scoliosis means frequent back discomfort. These patches are much more affordable than the U.S. National brands and have the same percentage of capsaicin. I buy the large ones so that I can divide them with scissors to use only the portions I need on any particular day. Applying a patch before doing housework or yardwork relaxes the muscles and prevents discomfort afterward. Eliminates the need to be tethered to a heating pad. Relief is almost immediate. They do feel hot initially but if that is tolerable for a female senior citizen, it should be tolerable for anyone.

If you are looking for a less expensive version of Tiger Balm Patches look somewhere else. These have the stickiness of duct tape which was painful to remove, a pain relief product should not cause pain. Maybe they should sell it as an hair removal product. Additionally they smelled smell moldy. There’s a serious quality control problem in the factory.
