Actually a very good adapter. My recommendation, order 2. Put one in your work bag, you never know when you will need to give a presentation, better be prepared. Additionally, add one to your homelab setup. You can connect to almost any device or media, anywhere, everywhere. Indispensable utility!

Had this for a while and it runs flawlessly. The second one I bought six months later and that one is still good after six months.

Had high hopes for this to expand the connectivity of a laptop with 1 USB-A and 1 USB-C port as I also needed HDMI and Ethernet, but immediately had problems. Connecting a wireless dongle from a Logitech mouse seemed to work initially; until I plugged into into the USB-A port closest to the cord. The mouse only worked when it was within inches of the dongle (I was basically using the mouse ON the hub to make it work). Wired connectivity for a regular mouse and keyboard seemed to work fine. A Logitech wireless mouse also faced the same problem. Tried it with a different laptop - same issue. Tried an Acer and HooToo USB-C hub with my mouse and those did not cause the same interference. Something about this device generates enough signal interference to disrupt the wireless mouse connectivity with its dongle! Ethernet port seemed to work just fine as did the HDMI output but the wireless mouse connectivity was a deal breaker for me.

Lo uso quotidianamente sia con il MacBook Pro sia con l’iPad Pro e funziona alla perfezione su entrambi, senza driver né configurazioni: si collega e viene riconosciuto subito. L’uscita HDMI porta il monitor esterno in 4K senza sfarfallii né cali di segnale, e sull’iPad è comodissima per collegarlo al televisore o a un proiettore. Le porte USB-A trasferiscono file da SSD e chiavette a piena velocità, e il lettore di schede è molto utile per scaricare le foto dalla fotocamera direttamente sull’iPad. La ricarica pass-through funziona bene: il MacBook si carica normalmente mentre tutte le periferiche restano collegate, quindi basta un solo cavo per avere la postazione completa. Anche la porta Ethernet è stabile, utile quando il Wi-Fi fa i capricci. Costruzione in alluminio molto solida, si scalda leggermente sotto carico ma niente di preoccupante. Il cavo è corto ma della lunghezza giusta per stare ordinato accanto al portatile. Compatto, sta in borsa senza pesare. Consigliato senza riserve.
