Silly Opposites: Discover and learn with Dr. Seuss in this new illustrated book for young kids!

Captures the imagination of a 2 year old toddler - laughs and recalls the illustrations and words even when we are not reading the book. Very quirky as you would expect from Dr Seuss. Easy for toddler to hold and read and open the flaps. Fits into the changing bag. We also have Nutty Numbers from the same series which we enjoy too. With Dr Seuss, you have to be prepared for silliness and quirky illustrations! I didn't grow up reading Dr Seuss but am delighted that I've discovered his genius to share with the young ones! Highly recommended for 1 to 6 year olds.

Brilliant book for imaginative child

My son had a few of the Dr Seuss books when he was younger (he is now 4) and they were so silly and ridiculous they were a great way of teaching him his opposites or his numbers. I think this is the first book he had where he knew the words off by heart and recited them with me. I would recommend this and the whole series.

not my kids fav

Fab book, my daughter loves it and has read it regularly since we bought it several months ago to date. She loves the large flaps to lift up and has actually learnt things like 'big and small' and what they mean!

my daughter loves this book, and it is fun to read together. she likes to guess the word behind the flap. and i think it has actually helped her learn some of the words.

This is a wonderful little book--I have purchased it before for young children. But this seller sent me a book that is unacceptably worn with damaged and creased pages, and a sticker on the front that cannot be removed. I could not possibly give as a gift.
