This is my absolute favorite Liquid IV flavor. It gives you all of the hydration and a great taste with none of the sugar. It has a fresh peach taste with none strange after taste.

My dear Husband finally listened to me. He now understands the importance of hydration. He keeps an extra pack in his briefcase and he takes a bottle already mixed with him every day. I'm so thankful for that. This mix as well he loves the peach flavor. And I want to say this is an ideal product for older people because we have a tendency to forget to drink water to forget to hydrate we get so busy doing whatever it is we're doing that we forget to stop and drink and this really helps him. Remember, he's got a great drink to sit on during his workday and he enjoys it and it gives him what he needs.

I absolutely love this flavor! I have tried several Liquid IV options, and this is hands down the best flavor. I am a mom of three state champion wrestlers and liquid IV has been a life saver in getting them hydrated quickly and ready to compete and is easy to use. The only reason for four and not five stars is the amount of Niacin in the product. Niacin is a great additive, but too much can cause an increase in liver enzymes. We love this flavor so much we end up drinking too much. Would love an option for regular use as I hate the taste of plain water.

This helps me drink more and keep me hydrated. I tend to get dehydrated and then have low blood pressure. I do not like plain water and drink decaf iced tea all day. I add some of this to my large tumbler with ice snd it dissolves fast. I do not use the whole packet as I find it too sweet, so I get multiple uses out of each packet.

The sugar free White Peach is my absolute favorite!! I look forward to having this first thing in the morning in a very cold bottle of water! I have tried other hydration mixes and this one blows the others I have tried away!
