Love this new pillow! A friend at my gym highly recommended this pillow to me due to shoulder and neck pain from sleeping on my sides and it has tremendously helped with relieving the pain. PROS Very comfortable and has a slight firmness to it that I appreciate. It has side areas to put your arms for side sleepers, neck support for back sleepers, and you turn the pillow around for stomach sleepers. It does not need an extra pillow case since it comes with one already on it. Highly quality fabric on the pillow and case. The appearance of the pillow looks interesting but trust me - it works! It even has a manual to show you how the pillow works. It has a cooling feel to it every night that I lie my head on it which makes falling asleep a little better. CONS It takes about 4-5 days to adjust to the pillow and learn how to sleep with it, which can be uncomfortable to some people. VALUE It is worth the money!

Great pillow and the customer service was exceptional. Received one pillow about 1.5 weeks ago, and on the 3rd day of having it I took the pillow case off to let the pillow expand more. The directions say to take it out of the case to let it breathe every so often. When I was putting the pillow case back on after some time with the case off, the clip in the middle ripped. Beware of clipping the middle with no pillow case, it’s delicate and if you try and unclip it by pulling it, it might rip. I’d use your fingers to separate the clipping function. When it ripped, I was annoyed, so I emailed the customer service email on the paper it came with. In roughly 3 hours, I had a response from customer service apologizing for the inconvenience. I requested info to order a new pillow case, and they don’t have an option to buy just a case. After a few emails, they collected my address and offered to send a brand new pillow for free for the inconvenience, and I happily accepted. Less than a week after my email to them, I had a new 2nd pillow. This kind of customer relationship is excellent! To the plow itself, I’m a back sleeper, and the pillow definitely takes time to get used to, but once you break it in, you should be pleased. If you’re a side or belly sleeper, this is definitely the pillow for you. Give yourself at least 10 days before you come to a conclusion. At first I thought it was too firm and too small. But eventually it expanded more, and my sleeps have been excellent the last few nights. I’d recommend this pillow for any type of sleeper. It does take 3 days or so to fully expand, so I’d give it 2-3 Days before using it.

I've been dealing with neck problems with sleeping for the longest time. I'd either deal with pillows that are too high or too low. With my shoulder a bit wider, the angle my head tilts to the side is much steeper. It wasn't uncommon for me to find my head slipped off my traditional pillows. With this pillow, I was able to sleep pain-free for the first time in a long time. When I awake, I find my head still in the center of the pillow (being on a corner of the pillow very few times). I definitely found more consistent sleep with this pillow compared to the standard style of pillow. As a side sleeper, this isn't going to replace all your pillows. Depending on your build, you may require up to 3 regular pillows. I use one pillow to support my lower torso due to my broader shoulders, one between my thighs to support the base leg, and one I hold in front of me to support my arm to prevent it from rounding out. All oth is and, the cervical pillow definitely improved my sleep quality. I woke up with less pain and even breathed better with the support. I only give this a 4-star rating though as I'd wish it was a bit taller or had a taller option. But for most, this should be a great intro to supportive pillows and much more budget-friendly. The material is not standard memory foam and is much bouncier but firm enough to hold its shape. Even the corners that hang off the pillow were able to hold my head up. If you find the casing weird, then put it into one of your own pillow casings. As for cleaning it, there is an inner and outer cover. It's simple enough to take off and wash, but it may take 5 min total to put it back together. The zipper is decent, but you struggle more with making sure the material doesn't get caught in the zipper due to how form-fitting the casings are. Additionally, you might get it on wrong, as it can be a bit confusing which side of the case is for the longer or shorter ends. This is all the more reason to put it in a pillowcase to avoid having to clean the fitted case as often. In summary, while I cannot compare it to the best pillows on the market, it's a great pillow if you want to simply try this style without making commitments. For me, it provided much-needed relief and comfort. If you already have good sleep posture, then it may not have as big an improvement. But it's worth a try.

Pillow does work. Just have to be patient. Took about two weeks to get used to it but now I can’t sleep without it. I sleep on my back most of the time and this has really alleviated my lower back pain especially on nights after I lift at the gym. I don’t wake up with lower back pain. The fit or size is big enough when you turn on your side there’s enough room to support your arms. The material is soft all around and it has a grey top that stays cool. There’s was no smell or odors. I did follow instructions and allowed over 48 hours to expand.

I have a really weird long neck with some issues in my fourth and fifth vertebrae. I ordered this pillow and, after sleeping on it for a few nights, I requested the optional insert to raise it a little higher. They replied an hour later that the additional free insert was on backorder, but that it should be in soon. I appreciate that their emails are very friendly and professional. Thirteen days later they emailed me saying that it had been restocked, and they gave me a tracking number for the shipment. I was happy to see that they sent me two inserts! The pillow took me a little while to get used to, as I needed to remember to keep my head on the concave center of the pillow, not propped up by the sides, but it has been worth it. I love that there is a spot for my arms, as I am exclusively a side sleeper. I think this is a really good pillow and, now that I have slept on it for several months, I can highly recommend it. I have been a side sleeper my entire life, and I’ve always struggled to find the right combination of mattress, pillow, or other accessories that actually provide the comfort and support I need. After using the Cozyplayer Orthopedic Bed Pillow for Side Sleepers for about a month, I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference. Before using this pillow, I would frequently wake up with stiffness and soreness around my neck and upper shoulders. After sleeping with this pillow every night for the past month, I’ve noticed that those areas don’t feel nearly as stiff or uncomfortable when I wake up. That said, this pillow does take a little time to get used to. You have to train yourself to keep your head positioned toward the center of the pillow and make sure your neck is properly aligned. The first few nights felt a little different, but after the first couple of weeks, I became much more accustomed to it and found it increasingly comfortable. One feature I really like is the cutout on each side for your arm. It gives your arm a comfortable place to rest while keeping it slightly elevated, which I found to be a thoughtful design feature for side sleepers. I also appreciate that you can adjust the pillow height. Removing the insert to lower the overall height is very easy, allowing you to customize the pillow to your preference. Another nice bonus is that the brand offers free additional inserts for U.S.-based customers, which gives you even more flexibility when dialing in the right height and support. Overall, I’m very happy with this pillow after a month of use. If you’re a side sleeper who frequently wakes up with neck or upper-shoulder discomfort, I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try. Just give yourself some time to adjust to the unique shape and positioning, it gets much more comfortable once you get used to it.

I was introduced to this product by a family member. I trusted her judgement to at least try it. We both have back, neck, & shoulder injuries / pains, plus sleeping disorders and I flip around like a fish periodically. Many other kinds and brands of pillows just "weren't cutting it". Thank goodness those days of pains, snoring, and horrible sleep patterns are over!! So far, I've had two other family members try it for a couple nights, and guess what, I had to order two more! It's definitely worth a try! Believe it or not, this pillow fits perfectly inside a standard or queen pillowcase. So no worries about that. The only struggle I have with it is, I personally like to sleep with my arm under my pillow while sleeping on my side, that tends to be difficult. I have to just lean on my shoulder, which I believe could pose a problem down the line. If you're a back sleeper, THIS PILLOW IS PERFECTLY AMAZING! My neck and head feel snug and supported properly. What a difference of improvement every day! and No Odor, so I felt safe!

By far the best pillow I have ever slept with. It truly is perfect for all sleeping positions. Personally, the default height is good, I haven’t needed to take a layer out. I’ve never had to wake up and adjust it and flip it over. It does have a noticeable cooling effect! I used to wake up with bad neck and bad pain, and since I have purchased this pillow, I haven’t had either. It fully supports my neck. I’m tempted to buy another one for travel. Never thought I’d feel so strongly about a pillow, but I really love this pillow!

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It's not that nice next to your face. Mine has gone to the bin.

Slept 3 days on it, neck is worse than before. It's a child's size, not meant for the head of an adult. I barely could find a position which felt half-comfortable, then I turned in my sleep and woke up from the pain from my neck. Really not worth the money, do NOT buy.
