This is a very good pillow. It’s cool to the touch and seems to be very durable and comfortable. Definatly cooler than others I’ve tried. Still not as good as when I was vacationing at the outer banks in the past summers. Putting my old foam pillow in the freezer from when I got up to right before going to bed. It was the most wonderful thing ever. But only lasted a couple min.

This is the 3.25" version of the pillow, and it's perfect. I've also tried the slummer versions, and those are good, too, but after experimenting like Goldilocks, this one is just right. I often have a stiff neck and I like these pillows because they keep my neck at a comfortable angle. I rotate through both side and back sleeping throughout the night. They are both firm (you won't sink far down into them like a big, fluffy, pillow) and soft in texture. Pillow preference is a very individualized sort of thing so I can't say it's for everyone. I can say it's a quality product that seems well designed and is worth a try if you don't find big, puffy pillows that constantly go flat and need re-plumping to be comfortable.

Perfect size, extremely comfortable, highly recommend and I'll be buying again!

This is the perfect pillow to use after shoulder surgery . Once you transition from your La-Z-Boy chair to the bed, you need a somewhat thin pillow to put underneath your shoulder and arm for support. This is the best one on the market and I have tried several. It’s cooling it’s thin and it’s perfect, also once you start your rehab at home, there are several exercises laying on your bed that you do for your shoulder and once again, this is the perfect pillow for that. I highly recommend this pillow.

I got this as a replacement for my favorite pillow that I’d had waaay too long because I couldn’t find anything similar. This memory foam pillow is thin and has a “cool” side and is just what I was looking for. It works well for someone who sleeps on their back or on their side. The cool side really is cool and now this is my new favorite pillow!

I love the pillow itself. The 2.25 height is great for me. Each person needs a different height to work well for their neck. Having said that, I'm keeping the pillow and not returning it. My problem is that the pillowcase zipper was not sewn in properly. I'm not great with a needle, but I've tried to fix it. I asked if they could just replace the pillowcase, but was told that isn't possible. This would have been a 5-star rating, if the pillowcase zipper hadn't been falling apart. The pillowcase is needed because without it, it's just a piece of foam. I saw "smell" mentioned in other reviews. It has the same smell that all memory foam does, so I was expecting that.Update: I loved the pillow itself so much that I ordered a second one. Unfortunately, the pillowcase on this one is also coming apart. So, the pillowcase is definitely a problem. I thought maybe the first one was just defective. And I haven't even washed it.

This is very nice. It came vacuum-sealed in a box, with no damage. It was fully puffed up almost right away. Perfect size 2.25 inches for back sleepers or stomach sleepers. I have a small frame and I'm 5'5. If you're much taller than me, I'd probably get the next size up. There are more expensive ones on here from other sellers, but this one is just as good. It's not too hard or too soft. Understand that this pillow is quite thin; this is a good thing. Pull out a ruler and look at what 2.25 inches is lol. But this is what you want if you sleep on your back or stomach. You don't want some big pillow that pushes your head up. That leads to severe neck issues over time, trust me. If you usually sleep on your side, you don't want this. I felt the price was fair since it was less than a few of the other sellers who have pillows like this. Wash the pillow case in cold water and hang it up to dry. It will shrink in the dryer and become unusable.
