I like this as an easy high protein breakfast. I'm on a glp 1 and this works with my weight loss journey. The bag got frustrating to me so I pack up a weeks worth in 4 oz condiment cup containers and toss into a basket by my frother. My favorite is chocolate and when I want something different I mix fruit powder in it. I have also poured it into a Popsicle form for a frozen treat.

This protein drink was a gamechanger in my eight loss journey. I was using the traditional Slim Fast powder and wasn't having much luck in the way of weight loss. I switched to this formula and say immediate results. I started losing one-two pounds per week. I make my shake with nonfat milk in a Magic Bullet with 1/2 a banana. It tastes great.

I like chocolate Slim Fast. I actually put a tablespoon of malted milk powder in it and shake it up so it tastes like a malted milk ball. I like to drink it pretty fast because as it sits it gets thicker. Been drinking it for years but order it in the bag now to get it with protein included because Walmart quit selling it. Tastes the same as the regular chocolate but better with the protein to keep my muscles fed.

I have used Slimfast for many years as a meal replacement when I want to lose a few pounds and have always liked it. I always buy the high protein powder and mix with almond milk so it is very low calorie. I used to buy it at Walmart but they do not have it anymore so I looked on Amazon. I dislike the zipper pouch but it was a better price than the canister for the chocolate high protein formula. I emptied it into a container at home so it is much more convenient to use than the zipper pouch.

I only leave reviews for things I feel genuinely "wow" me to an unexpected degree. As someone who's trying to work on eating better and intaking more vitamins/essentials, I wanted to see if I could find a protein powder that I can simply mix with milk. I'm unable to make smoothies all the time and wanted to see if I'd ever be able to just make chocolate milk, as it's one of my favorite drinks. To my surprise, it tastes exactly the way I wanted if not better. It definitely takes less time to mix if you blend it, but I don't mind personally mixing it in a glass until there's no more clumps. It tastes sweet enough and definitely like a creamy chocolate as described. The serving size of one scoop is also very reasonable and perfect for a smoothie or tall-ish glass of milk. If anyone is looking for a protein powder that you'd want to mix/blend with just milk and still tasting super yummy, this one is it! I also tried the strawberry banana. It tastes more artificial, but the flavor is still good. It's great for variety, but I still find the creamy chocolate tasting the best overall.

I don’t use Slim Fast for weight loss. They have a really high protein and vitamin percentage. I use the chocolate in my coffee for a boost and to make a mocha. The vanilla I really like with my chia seeds I add a bit of jello mix and I have a healthy protein shake that helps with hydration. It’s cheaper than other protein additives and helps the vitamins digest easy. Also they taste better than the other chalky products.

The flavor of this is actually really good, but unfortunately the texture makes it difficult for me to enjoy. Once mixed, it gets extremely thick and almost slimy. That’s the best way I can describe it. It has a bulky, gelatinous consistency that I just don’t find pleasant to drink on its own. I’ve found that it’s much better if I blend it with a lot of ice, which thins out the texture and makes it considerably more enjoyable. I like the flavor, so I’ll continue using it that way, but I wish the consistency were smoother and easier to drink.

I mix it with 1% milk in a blender bottle and then let it sit for a minute for maximum creaminess. The no-sugar-added is a great feature because it doesn't stimulate appetite. That said, I've never found a nutritional shake filling as a meal on its own. I accompany it with a small corn muffin.

Buen sabor y presentación

Si no tienes tiempo de hacer comida, es una buena elección. Con ejercicio funciona mejor y claro con alimentos reales. No es milagroso, es una manera de hacer fasting.

Me equivoqué al adquirirlo el que realmente uso es nomas chocolate y no protein; pero le doy uso diario y muy rico

Yo la preparo con leche deslactosada, si queda un poco espesa pero como en mi caso agrego hielo se rebaja y ya no queda tan espesa. Supongo que gracias a eso es que te hace sentir satisfecha mas tiempo, por lo espeso de la malteada. Para mi funciona muy bien. He consumido SlimFast Original y puedo decir que con esta te sientes mas satisfecho, es la primera vez que la compro, dejé de consumir la original por la cantidad de azucar y me va muy bien esta receta ya que tiene mucho menos azucar.

El sabor es bastante bueno, pero no me quita el hambre, tengo que comer algo de fruta o un huevo duro para completar y de peso... no siento que haya bajado ni un gramo pero tampoco he subido. Cabe destacar que tengo 40 años y si hago ejercicio. Pero bueno, lo pediré por segunda ocasión y modificaré de nuevo mi dieta para lograr bajar de peso.
