It did the job! Perfect for detailing vehicles.
A container of expanding foam blew up near my vehicle. This steamer was effective and a soft cloth removed the residue; using 1 bottle of water. I appreciate that no chemicals were necessary to remove the debris from the window, plastic molding, metal and rubber. Everyone was impressed. The brush became matted very early during the foam spatter removal. The steamer goes through a short heating cycle, so during that time, it occasionally spits before a steady stream of steam.Worth the $40.

Gets the small tough jobs done!
Originally wanted to steam 12 years of wear and tare off my kitchen wood cabinet doors, but for a first test I cleaned up 15 years worth of caked on dirt and grime from my old Hoover industrial vacuum canister and hepa filter container screen. It came out spotless and looking like new! With the extension pipe I got into nooks and crannies I never would have reached with just my hand. Stuff I probably would've ended up scratching the plastic trying to get clean. Took a moment to get going, but nothing to bad. Puts out a good amount of steam for small jobs, had to put the nozzle right up close for the pressure to work on the really caked on areas and went thru it like butter. Hit my finger tips a couple times with the deflected steam, but wasn't hot enough to do any harm. Then again I'm used to working on hot engine/transmission parts with my bare hands. Few seconds doesn't bother ya. Not exactly scalding hot. I used a couple bottles of spring water, as I'm not about to buy distilled. I hear adding a little vinegar helps the process. I'll try that when I tackle the toaster oven tomorrow. I wanted to try this one out for its size, I'm limited to where I can hide the nifty household gadgets. All in all I'd say it's worth every penny. So long as it lasts a while, I'm a happy camper. I've got a whole list of things lined up for this little gem. Tub and tile grout, bathroom sink formica surface, built up black soot on old ceramic propane fire pit logs, built up grime around door knobs, fish tank and equipment, pond, fountain and water fall nick nacks that have been out in the weather for years, the door seal on the old dish washer and if it ain't broke by then.... My 30 year old Zayer's special Grill Master. I like that its very light to hold, but the cord and sprayer hose are plenty long enough to set it down anywhere your cleaning. I've also got some old lawn furniture that has that green algae tint on the legs that this would make short work of. I bet you could steam clean an engine real nice too, without harming any wires or hoses. Has many many applications. Wonder how well it would do on tough carpet stains with the wet/dry vac to suck out the dirt, would make life much easier than having to set up a big carpet steam cleaner just for a small area. I'll be back for an update once I get all these odd jobs taken care of. For now, looks like it's well worth the purchase.

its okay but not safe imo
I've been using this steam cleaner for a while now, and while it's not a showstopper, it's been decent enough. It's one of those tools that get the job done, but it's not exactly wowing me with its performance. I had hoped for a bit more, but it's okay overall. One drawback I've found is that you can't control it from the wand itself. Having to go back to the main unit to adjust settings can be a bit inconvenient, especially when you're in the middle of a cleaning session. It disrupts the flow and adds an extra step to the process. While the cleaner does manage to tackle basic cleaning tasks, it's not as seamless as I would have liked. To sum it up, this steam cleaner falls into the "so-so" category for me. It's not setting any records for performance, and the lack of control from the wand is a bit of a letdown. If you're after a basic steam cleaner that gets the job done without any frills, this could be an option. Just be prepared for a few extra trips back to the main unit when you need to adjust settings

Would not recommend this steamer.
I have had this steamer about 2 1/2 years and have only use it only on occasion to defrost the ice maker. Have always had a problem with the off/on switch. I recently got it out to defrost the ice maker and it would not turn on. I took it apart and found that the switch had melted. I ordered a new switch, exactly the same, replaced it and after about an hour of running time the new switch melted. It appears that there is a design flaw in the steamer. To date the seller has not responded to my complaint to either recommend a fix or refund my purchase price.

Grout!!
This is a game changer for cleaning grout. I've tried manual scrubbing, a drill with a brush attachment, and a power washer before buying this steam cleaner. This is by far the best and easiest option. Probably any steam cleaner will work, but I like this one for several reasons. One, the water tank is pretty big, and because the steam is powerful, you go through water fast. I went through 1/2 gallon of distilled water in probably 30 min. Two, I like the tank being separated from the spout by long tubing. Not having to hold a unit that looks like a tea pot is lunch less tiring; I was going to buy the Bissell steam shot until I could no longer find it for sale, but now I'm very happy I did not, because this model is much less cumbersome for long jobs. Three, a LOT of steam comes out. I did not have to scrub all at. The stream blasted the mildew and discoloring of the grout in no time. I've tried other steamers that are weaker and they don't do as good of a job and require more manual labor. However, I think this machine uses a lot of power as my lights on the same circuit flickered and dimmed when I was using it. I've only had this one day, but if it doesn't last long, I will definitely buy another.

Low quality, overheats, blows fuses.
Worked great for a few hours and then failed after 2 hours of use. Constantly tripping fuse, resetting by cooling down and then refuses to work. Junk.

Works great

Worst design in a device I’ve seen so far
This is a very cheap quality product, designed horribly and doesn’t work.1. It doesn’t produce high heat steam. The steam that comes out, closest to nozzle reaches at most 90 degrees celsius. Takes about 3 minutes to reach that temperature (seriously!).2. 50% steam and 50% water. No kidding! I should’ve taken the other reviews seriously. When the regulator is at level 0-2, you get mostly steam. Increase it and you start getting more and more water. At level 6, there is minimum 50% water. Sometime for about 20-30 seconds, it just throws pure water.3. Main switch on the device itself doesn’t turn off after 5 minutes of use(when the device gets hot). Probably cheap plastic or something, acts lime a spring and bounces back to on even if you keep pushing it to off position. Doesn’t go back to normal even after it’s cooled down. Had to unplug the wire.4. The plugs are very loose and come off if there is even a little bit of movement.5. Water filling hole is right on top of electric wire connector! This is a fire risk! This is the stupidest design ever! Please don’t buy this. I promise you will return it immediately and would be wasting your valuable time dealing with this.

30min c’est ton choix
Honnêtement, un peu déçu. Elle fonctionne bien, mais après 30 minutes, on voit qu’elle perd en performance à cause de la surchauffe.

Excellent product.
Tried before one other model with smaller water tank. Wasn't impressed. This one it's really efficient and can do the job. Consistent steam without interruption. Hope won't have problems on future.

Unfortunately they don't last longthe
The best cleaning too. Unfortunately this the second one and within two months start having heating problems. The first one broke before a year of use. This one starts having issues much faster. If this one brakes before a year of use, I am done with them.
