Purchased to replace an older Night Owl system whose cameras were starting to fail. I was a bit skeptical of the cameras, but they’re wonderful. Good clarity for the money and great night vision. The app works great and allows me to “check in” wherever I go. The strobe lights, sound, and speakers are simply a bonus when and if activated. All in all, a great system for the money. By the way, this system is my third (2 locations) Night Owl system. All have been faithful and true.

They work great at night n show images pretty good. Now there are some on the market that better but for the price you can not beet them. Will buy agai

Works great at home.

Had some security issues, a neighborhood auto burglar and found out that my old NightOwl had quit on me. No biggie, it was 10 years old, but I needed to get my security cameras working right away. So I ordered this expensive new system. The DVR just didn't work. Neither the bluetooth NOR the HDMI would work so I could set the thing up. I didn't have time to mess around, so I asked for an immediate replacement. NightOwl initially contacted me within a few hours with some stewpud questions like, "How are you connecting your monitor", telling me "The bluetooth is only for setup". Like no kidding. So after I replied that the whole DVR just didn't work they didn't get back to me for two days. I had to go through Amazon to get a refund and a return label so I could order a different system. Saved a lot of money in doing so, assuming that I actually get my 575 dollars back.

Our DVR was working fine after all of the cameras last were installed, however, it wouldn’t connect to the internet. Night owl support walked us through several things and still nothing. He tested our internet and it was perfectly fine so he said there is an issue with the DVR. Night owl was going to send us an email for a replacement but never did. We called and emailed several times until Amazon finally sent a replacement…however the new replacement stopped working after 4 months!! Now neither Night owl or Amazon will do anything about it. Do not purchase this item! Not worth the money or headache!
