Acer is the underdog in ICT industry. The set works wonderfully till now. Once faced a minor problem, though it was our fault. Service call logging is a hazard for non metro customers, indkal should pay a little more attention

Worst service from Acer and Amazon
1. Delivery person have informed the receipent that the product seems to be defected while inspecting the product, but he delivered product and left, asked us to check with Amazon customer service. 2. Product delivered on 25th January 2026 and as of today (1st Feb 2026), no technician showed up for the installation. 3. We already had multiple calls with Amazon customer service (3 times) and Acer service centre (2 times), still no proper action taken 4. Customer service from the Acer end is very poor. 5. Amazon customer service haven't provided any solution they just asked us wait for 24-48 hours. 6. Product received is an defective product and Amazon return policy has validity only till 4th Feb, we are not sure what to do next.

Nice product from Acer
It was initially difficult to decide whether smart TV or LED TV. Most of us usually do not watch YouTube videos/ OTT platforms in TV when the TV is connected with cable connection. So opting this model saved few thousands. Now coming to the performance, the set is working absolutely fine with great picture quality and clearly audible sound. Hope the longevity will also be good. Not sure about availability of service etc.

Picture and sound quality
Picture quality of this TV is good but sound quality is low. The TV send by Delhivery courier Chaparmukh nagaon 782103 . The courier service has worst service because The courier didn't delivered my tv to home or not make any call to customer. All information I take from the app and visit the courier office and receive the tv 4 days after. The courier ready to return the tv without inform me . But he couldn't do that due to visit 15 before closing the office.

Poor after sales service... under budget tv
Product is good but after sell service is too much poor.. I have faced the display issue after the installation...and after one month of escalation with higher level of company management they provided on site support..

Happy with my acer tv purchase.
I purchased this product for my aged parents. They are not able to operate a smart tv hence i went for this one. The one i was using was a sanyo branded and was using it since 2019. Few weeks back, it started to develop problems with the display and a local service technician quoted 4k for display change that too without any warranty. Hence i decided to replace it with a new tv which was only double of the repair cost and would give another few years of service hopefully. As of now my parents are completely happy about the purchase as tv is their entertainment during evenings.
