This was a bad decision. While it advertises 3g of creatine which is low, I just assumed for the price that I would double up on dosage to get 6G which is fine.Unfortunately, these have more sugar than creatine. Essentially, each tablet has 1 gram of creatine and 1.3grams of added sugar.Ironically, these have even more salt than sugar at 5 grams per serving.Essentially, these are salty candies. They are hard as a rock, and the lemon-lime flavor is weak and horrid.
