As good as my Le Creuset at a fraction of the price and the red colour is a dead ringer for Creuset cerise. I’ve used it to bake bread, make pot roast, etc. I highly recommend. The new oval oven is on the left, larger round Le Creuset on the right.

It is well finished, except the lid has two small imperfections in the porcelain on the lid's edge. Other than those minor spots, the fit and finish of the lid is excellent, though I prefer a cast lid handle. The pot is perfect in all aspects and is just the thing for cooking chicken my way. The weight is no problem, after all it is cast iron.

One of the best Dutch oven I bought. I bought this for sourdough bread baking. It is serving its purpose.
