Probably, but you really need to look in the handbook/ owners manual and find the spec the manufacturer recommends. It will begin either API or ACEA.

is this oil safe to use as motorbike engine oil ?

I've used in my Yamaha maxster 125 and had no problems it seems just as good as motorcycle oil and a lot cheaper
