Can electrical crimpsbe submerged?

They are heat shrink butt connectors, but the idea is that the plastic around is heat shrink on the wires & forms a waterproof seal. I think it’ll be fine as long as the wires aren’t too thin.

Will solder connectors heat shrink work for 230v and 20 amps?

You should be able to use 230 volt 20 amp. The yellow crimps electrical should handle 30 amp minimum. Usually, if the wires fit. Crimps electrical will work.

How can I heat these electrical crimps? What crimp tool is needed to crimp these?

Heat shrink connectors are solid and must be mechanically crimped before the outer sleeve is heated up to shrink onto the insulation.
