Fantastic value
This tap totally exceeded my expectations. It's really well made and feels solid. The plumber who installed it said he thought I had paid at least £100 - £150. It works so well. I hadn't appreciated it has a spray option which is brilliant when washing up. It really makes the washing up liquid lather up and so you use less. All round I am really pleased.

Nice Tap but hard to fit
It is nice tap but I consider a bit hard for installation. Work fine at the moment. Flow changing button starts a bit stiff.

All Tap, No Pull – A Faucet That’s Slipping Through the Cracks
Well, the tap works... for now. Installing it was like trying to follow a treasure map drawn by a madman – the instructions seemed more intent on securing it to a countertop than to a sink. But hey, who needs clear guidance when you’ve got a wrench and a willingness to fail? The pull-out head? Let’s just say it’s more ‘pull’ than ‘out’. The "gravity ball" meant to retract the hose? About as useful as a lead balloon. It’s so light I half expect it to float away. So here I am, on my hands and knees, wrestling with the hose under the sink like I’m taming a wild animal. On the plus side, it does spray water, which is good for a tap. The pressure’s nothing to shout about – a light drizzle compared to our old one – but I suppose it gets the job done. Eventually. We bought this on discount, and honestly, that’s the only reason I’m not furious. If I’d paid full price, I’d be standing outside the manufacturer’s office with a strongly worded letter, this faulty tap, and a laughably non-threatening scowl.
