This is great product and great company. I had a lot less sinus infections and can feel the difference when i spray during the beginning of a cold where the product which normally has no feeling (as if just water) than has a slight tingling or sting to it (nothing too harsh or off-putting). I could be wrong but I interpret that as meaning it is working when i have infections or inflammation. Also a few of the bottles came broken when we had that cold spell this winter and the company shipped me out replacements for free and were easy to interact with on the phone.

Fast relief for a cold or sore throat!

I have been looking for a nasal spray that helps me stop the constant sinus infections I get. I love this product, I just alternate it with others so as not to get too much silver at once. This works better than any other product for me.

I bought this for my husband after he had been dealing with year-round congestion, sneezing, and sniffing for years. We’ve tried different things over time, but nothing seemed to make much of a difference. He used this the first night, and the next morning he said he could actually breathe through his nose much better! That alone was a huge win! Since using it, he seems a lot more comfortable and isn’t constantly sniffing or sneezing. I'm so happy to see him finally get some relief after suffering for so long. I know everyone is different, but for us, this has been a game changer and we will absolutely keep using this product!

it’s not the best sinus relief, but works OK

My sinuses have always caused me issues with congestion at bedtime. I used Afrin decongestant nasal spray at night for my congestion but found myself needing the Afrin to be able to breath at night, like an addiction. This silver sinus relief nasal spray was an answer to prayer because I was able to get off the Afrin. I strongly recommend this nasal spray for any person struggling with nasal congestion.

Was told this helps to open up the nose to breathe instead of using Afrin all the time. Thought I would give it a try and it does work. Glad I tried it.

This spray is easy to use although it will make you sneeze. Since starting to use it I have not developed my usual spring sinus infection. Very glad about that
