Not excellent or amazing quality but good for the price.
Product is fine. Felt like it was a little smaller for 5'4". The material is not super thick or very thin. Somewhat in the middle. Handles upto 75 kgs with no problems. Beyond that I, personally, have no clue.Pump was provided. And works well enough for inflating the ball. I inflated the ball the day so received it and it's not lost air or deflated even a little bit till now.

Very small compared to what is expected
I have a 65 cm ball which I had bought from another vendor and compared to that, this ball looks like 55CM at max. Also its a little thin. Very disappointed with the purchase

Perfect for home exercises | Beware: Do not Inflate to full capacity
The exercise ball comes with a pump which takes about 5 minutes to inflate the ball upto 80-90% of full capacity. That's the main key here. If you inflate it to 100% then chances of it bursting are high. YOu can do core strengthening exercises starting from a very basic level to advanced level and it works your core even if you are just sitting on it and working on your laptop or computer. Nice product to have. Value for money

Awesome product at very cheap price
Awesome anti burst gym ball for exercising regularly. Comes with pump and it's made by using heavy quality material that can be used regularly. It is a soft ball great for yoga workouts , sit ups and abdominal exercises. You can use it while wearing exercise gloves and on a mat.
