Just wish it had a little thicker elastic waist band for it.

The inner hole was a bit chaffing and not easily adjustable if you know what I mean

It was helpful but it fell apart in less then 2 days. The velcro sucks on these particular belts. It doesn't give you the correct support without the two straps that go from back to front. The belt I purchased had some very cheap velcro and even when I first put it on the velcro didn't hold.

The hernia belt is easy to put on. It wraps around your torso and secures with velcro for adjustability. There are two more straps that hang down. Take each strap, bring it between your legs , one on each side of your "stuff", come around the leg, and back up to the support. Adjust for position and comfort. There are two removable pads, to fit for a hernia on the left or right side. while this can be worn next to your skin, wearing it over your underwear will keep it cleaner. Simple to put on after you have done it once, it is effective and is not uncomfortable to wear under clothing.

I've tried a couple of different hernia belts for inguinal injuries. This is my favorite. First, it had pads on either side that you can adjust depending on where you need the extra support. Second, it is a very breathable material. It supports you well but doesn't make you sweat a lot. Third - its super low profile! The first two belts I tried I felt were slightly visible under work clothes. But this one is nearly invisible . 5 stars from me!
