Having this smart lock has been a game changer because I rarely need to carry a bag now that I can do everything on my phone or watch. Really good that I can unlock using different ways but mainly it’s been fingerprint. So far it’s been waterproof but need wetter weather to test properly. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a smart lock system.

I obviously had to have a locksmith dealing with the is as I am no use when it comes to DIY doors n locks etc. Our local locksmith was absolutely amazing. The product was his recommendation and didn’t take him more than an hour to finish the setup.Since October 31st installation date I haven no issues what so ever. Does as it should without hesitation.I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is into high tech and even those who isn’t.I will never go back to standard door handles.

love the look of this installation would be easy apart from the very short front to back connection cable needs another 5-10mm mine is so tight it pushes the batteries apart

Great product if your using code or rfid tags, the fingerprint sensor works but can be a bit temperamental especially if it's raining so I gave up on the fingerprint part as it's easier and more reliable using rfid tags.Only issue I have had is the switch on the back where you flick it and it will say "door unlocked" but the door is actually not unlocked. I will contact customer service about this⭐⭐❗❗❗Also be aware that this lock would be suitable for a porch and not your main door lock. Home insurance won't cover you as you remove the lock barrel and the lock is purely locked via the handle.⭐⭐Update⭐⭐So fitted on 10-12-23 (today's date 29-1-24)The lock has been great and works every time on RFID. Fingerprint works but like I previously said it can be a bit temperamentalBuy yourself some rechargeable batteries. I'm down to 40/45% batteries life. I have used Tronic 2500mah batteriesBare in mind Duracell are only 2500mahTronic AA 2500mah batteries from Lidl or eBay £7-9 for 8~Ikea Ladda AA 2450mah batteries are £8 for 4 which I believe is the same battery rebrandedCheap steer clear from £1 land batteries they are approx 1050mah and will last less then a month.⭐⭐Updated⭐⭐The lock's keypad plastic layer has delaminated from the keypad. This is ia issue when it rains was water gets in and simulates a keypad press. The lock will announce failed over and over again and also notify you in the app (if you have the BT adapter + app) every time it has failed (when it was raining) I got 96 notification.Personally I would say this is a common issue as I have 2 of these locks 1 on the front door and 1 on the back door and both of the lock's keypad has delaminated.personally I would say this has happened because the plastic lamination on the keypad is not suitable for UV. the lock was fitted December 2023 it's now October 2024. the lock worked fine till the end of summer and this is when I have started to have issuesI tried to contact Amazon about this issue and they gave me a contact number. I called the number and it went to voicemail mail. I left a voice mail and I have not received a call back yet (it's been 7 days~) I will email them and see what they say.

Not providing correct spindle size

This is a great lock if you don't need to access your property from the outside. Worked great for ten mins the the electrics failed. Only works when plugged in :(

So glad I found this product. The amount of times I’ve forgotten my keys or couldn’t find it in my bag when trying to open the door. It’s so handy that I can just use my fingerprint and it opens so quickly or I can use the keypad just as quick. Im so pleased, it saves so much time now and I don’t have to worry about my keys when I’m going in and out. It was so easy to install as well with the installation videos. Would love to see it in different colours however so I can match all my doors!

Everything explained clearly on How-to page and quick response customer support(email).Managed to install the D1 lock under 2-3 email replies.We hadn't drill any hole by using existing two. You can peel the wire cover apart as installation video showes.Very good price.Could be better to pack with a manual installation guide, or you will miss few key assembling points by usual thinking, super crucial to watch all the steps.
