Easy to Take
This potassium iodide supplement is easy to take every morning. The serving size is tiny - 1 drop! - and so easy to take. They say it is flavorless, but I do notice that it has a kind of weird taste if I take the drop directly on my tongue. If I add a drop to a glass of water or juice, I don't taste anything at all. I absolutely love that this is a year's supply! It is such a great value and makes it a no-brainer to take every day as I know that the value is there. It is organic and vegan, as well. I have noticed an improvement in my energy levels in the morning with regular use. I also feel that it is improving my hair and I don't have as many split ends. I am optimistic that this potassium iodide supplement will rev up my metabolism, too, so that I can lose a couple of unwanted pounds.
