great stuff works straight away

A bit of an overpowering smell but would try anything. Said keep on for 8 hours. I wore for a couple more & let them come off in bed as so sticky & uncomfortable to remove. I felt a benefit for the first few days & again the other day when knee pain was back with movement. It did not cure my knee pain but did take the edge off.

Seems to work but bought as a gift

I felt at first these helped my knee . Easy to put on and pull off. However after using one for about 4 or 5 days I had a bad skin rash, which took a long time to go away. I know my skin is fairly sensitive so may not affect others. Sadly I had to stop using them. They smell very nice by the way.

Have serious knee pain and these were recommended to me. I have found them a great 8 hour relief. Waiting on knee replace surgery but when I position this on the knee bone I feel the slight suction support of the patch along with the pain relief. I have had skin reaction of a burning feeling and irration. When this happens, take an immediate break. This will not occur on all parts of the body, just on sensitive skin areas, so a matter of testing and trying but I recommend these patches.
