Do these give you energy?

Depends what you define as energy. They definitely increase my blood sugar levels very quickly. Useful as I am a type 1 diabetic. I like to keep my blood sugars low but safe. Therefore if my blood sugar has increased my energy level has increased and it is noticeable. Having said that I honestly do not know how a none diabetic would use the energy and how fast the pancreas would get rid of the glucose high. Sorry
