I was replacing all the workstations in my clinic one at a time. This is the third PC I bought from this seller. Each one was little different. Last one, I looked up the Service Tag at the Dell site, and it didn't exist, which mean that Dell would not warranty it. I kept it as it has been performing fine and was cheap.This one, just received a week ago, strangely, had additional tapings on the box covering the handle areas as it was opened and retaped. Once opened, the PC was upside down without the plastic covering, and the keyboard and mouse underneath (keyboard/mouse are normally on top). It was obvious that this PC was re-packaged.Because the price was decent, I installed it, and so far, it has been working just fine. Due to Service Tag issue from the last purchase, I decided to lookup its ST, and strangely, it didn't have Service Tag on its chassis. I had to look in the BIOS to get the ST. Thankfully, this ST came up on Dell with assembled date of Nov 2024 with full warranty.It's strange how every PC I buy from this seller has inconsistency. So, I removed one star.

The product you'll receive will more than likely not match up with the image. If you're looking to receive a model with the USB-C port, beware that you might not receive the one you're hoping for. The other thing I need to mention is that you'll need to be prepared to reinstall the operating system. I have purchased a few of these for clients, and the most recent one I received came with a copy of Acer OEM Windows 11 installed on it; I was able to reinstall Windows 11 and it activated successfully. The pricing is really good for this model, but it's also questionable with what I've mentioned previously.
