I'm not sure why a vitamin supplement to treat anemia needs to provide 361% of the daily value of iron, 222% of copper, and 4167% of B12. That's nonsense. I doubt that anyone's body could even absorb that much of each of those vitamins. This might be effective for some people but way too strong for me. They made me sick to my stomach.I wound up buying separate vitamin supplements (iron, copper, B12) for each of the minerals/vitamins in this supplement and cutting them in half. I eat a small orange for the Vitamin C component since that helps your body absorb the iron. It's more work buying separate vitamins but ultimately more effective than this supplement. Lesson learned.

I love AMEN products. Brought my iron levels up and continues to stay up. I love this product!

Attempted to take this supplement three different times. Become violently ill with vomit and stomach pain.I recommend looking for a more bio available source
