How to find the IP address of the camera?

This camera default IP address: 192.168.0.123, once the camera is connected to a new network, router will assign a new IP address to camera. Please download SADP Tool to find the IP camera’s address in the network. Link: www.cctvsupply.info/sadp

What is the default username and password of the camera?

Default username: admin. Default password: 123456

I cannot view the live view using my browser.

It may be caused by the browser plug in issue or an IP address conflict issue. Please try using IE model on Edge browser, or IE tab on Chrome, and try changing the IP address using SADP Tool.

How about compatible？

This camera is compatible with Onvif protocol. It may not be “Plug and Play” compatible with Onvif NVRs and need programing. Please try adding the this camera using Onvif protocol and port number is 80.

The image quality in the daytime is good, but at night part of the image is too dark & the other part is too bright.Why?

If the camera angle is too close to a wall or other object, then there might be too much IR reflection from the wall and cause over expose. Please try to adjust the aiming angle.

Where can I get the IP camera updated firmware?

This camera does not work on my Blue Iris.
