Medineed 2PCS Finger Gel Ice Pack Sleeves, Cold Therapy for Injuries, Black

I bought two different ice packs for my swollen finger and liked this one more. The sleeve has a slight barrier from the cold, would still recommend maybe not putting it directly on the finger after it sat in the freezer. It gets extremely cold and doesn’t hold for an extended period of time. I included a picture, I have a compression wrap on underneath it.

My ring finger was locked like a trigger finger. It ached . I am 70. I thought it would never stop hurting . I tried heat and cold to ease it. I ordered these cool gel sleeves and would chill in the refrigerator. I would slip it on and wear it in the evenings. In a week or so , the terrible aching left. My finger stopped locking up like a trigger finger and it returned to normal. These wraps were a comfort and a relief to aid healing. Plus they feel great . Cold and swishy. I am so thankful to have all my fingers moving again.

These definitely stay cold for a long time! And that’s great compared to the 8 mins my current finger sleeve offers. With that said, these are very cold to the point of painful. You will need to put a thin glove or a little piece of cloth over your finger and then slide this over to protect yourself from cold pain. They are also very bulky so your fingers will not be mobile and depending on how thin your fingers are, these are likely to fall off if you move about. Not being able to do much with your hand, you might consider passing on these for a traditional ice bag over your hand. BUT these MEDINEED are soft and comfortable and definitely stay cold for quite awhile! Technically you could move about the house with these on as long as you’re able to keep them from sliding off. I think these MEDINEED sleeves are worth it and I’m probably going to keep mine. Tip: keep the little baggie they come in and use the baggie (seal it completely) to freeze the sleeves. If you do this, the sleeves will not pick up odors from your freezer.

I broke my middle finger and was told to ice it frequently. Very easy to use. Direct cold, no ice sliding around. No leaking. These work excellently! Would recommend.

It's a good product. If you put it in the freezer it gets cold but stays flexible and soft. I am using on my "trigger thumb". The problem is that it's too cold. I can only wear it for 1 minute... then I have to take it off for a few minutes. I advise wrapping your finger with cloth or a bandage wrap under the cooling pack to slow down the cooling process.

The fit is great and I have wide fingers. My only issue is it does not stay cold very long. It starts off absolutely freezing on my finger and within 15 minutes, it’s room temperature. It’s much more comfortable on my broken finger than my large ice packs though so I will continue to use it.

I'm so glad I got these. I sprained a finger and got tired of using a large ice pack just for one digit. These little sleeves stay cold for a 10- to 15-minute ice session, and having two allows one to cool down again fully between sessions. Cold therapy is more targeted and, I hope, more effective. Definitely feels better!

Use these when my finger players up OA. Cold enough for 10 mins if not you get 2 in pack!! Recommend
