A-Premium Right Side [8Cyl 5.4L] Exhaust Manifold Kit W/Gaskets & Hardware

Used this to replace a cracked factory manifold that was leaking badly. The casting on this unit is clean, and the mounting flange was perfectly flat right out of the box. It lined up flawlessly with the cylinder head ports and came with the necessary gaskets and hardware, which saved an extra trip to the auto parts store. It completely eliminated the annoying cold-start exhaust tick. Accessing the left side on these 5.4L engines is always a tight squeeze, but this part itself gave me zero fitment issues. Excellent value.

Worked perfect for a 2002 f250 5.4L. It came with a cap for the egr hook up which was perfect as super duty f250 engines did not have the egr.

Does not fit a 2005 5.4 ford motor

Perfect fit on a 5.4 2valve all there except the studs and nuts to mount to the head. No worries there though, get new studs easy enough. Great price for the exhaust manifold.
