It doesn't leak IF .. you connect the straw pieces tightly
This was the perfect bottle for our baby to transition from a bottle to straw. She loves the handles, she can drink from any position, the flat straw makes for easy suction.A few comments said it leaks. I've found that if you have to attach the straw pieces (the part with the ball and the mouth portion) really tightly, otherwise it leaks like crazy. So before we use it, we give that piece an extra squeeze and we haven't had a leak since. The downsides - it has a lot of pieces to wash and put together. The handle and the top piece are a little annoying to keep aligned during assembly .I will line up the handle and the top and hold it in place with one hand while screwing on the bottom.

To all the mamas!
These cups are great. They don’t leak like ALL of the other cups I’ve tried. My 10 month old has no problem drinking from them, and the way they are designed keeps them from being able to guzzle their drink and choke. I think that’s where the negative comments come from with how it’s harder to get the drink out, it’s not. The first sip is hard but after that they’re fine, and again keeps them from choking which I think is a plus! He can also hold onto it perfectly. I got the bigger versions for my 22 month old and he also loves them. These are my go to from now on, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. They’re awesome!

Toddler approved
We love this cup. It is easy to use for my kiddo and it makes little to no mess. If there is liquid in the straw it can leak out, but thats it. The cup doesn't leak otherwise. It's dishwasher safe and kiddo approved.

Easy to Use Straw Cup
We introduced our daughter to these straw cups when she was 11 months old. It took her a few times to figure out how to use a straw to get milk, but then she easily drank from it. I like that the weighted straw allows her to hold the cup at any angle. Having ounce markings allows me to monitor exactly how much she is drinking. It has held up to being dropped from the high chair. We put the pieces in a bottle basket in the dishwasher to clean. The only issue is that the pressure builds up, especially if you tighten the lid too much, and liquid will start leaking out of the straw all over the lid. For this reason, I usually don't use these cups away from the house.

Great Starter Cup for Formula!
I’ve been using the Dr. Brown’s Baby’s First Straw Cup in the Chic style, and it’s been a great experience so far. My baby took to it quickly, and it’s been especially handy for giving them formula. The weighted straw design is fantastic—it moves with the liquid so my little one can drink from any angle, which has really helped them learn.I love that it’s easy to grip, even for small hands, and the removable handles are a smart touch that allows the cup to grow with my baby. The spill-proof lid is super convenient for travel, and I feel confident tossing it in the diaper bag without worrying about leaks. It’s also easy to clean, which is a must for busy parents. The included wire brush makes it simple to clean the straw thoroughly. Plus, it’s BPA-free and durable enough to handle drops and throws. Some downsides are there are a lot of parts to clean, especially the straw which is tricky.Overall, I’m really happy with this cup and would definitely recommend it for formula-feeding babies who are transitioning from bottles!

Great price for 2 cups but they are a frustrating mess
The price is great for these 2 cups but I'm sure there are better options available. At first nothing would come up the straw so I had to Google it and found a TikTok where a mom explained there is a valve in the straw mechanism that cannot be covered or nothing will go up the straw, so insert the other piece in it but leave the valve hole open. Once I made sure I had it put together as she shows in her video, it immediately worked properly. None of this information is in the instructions that come with the cups, by the way. The other problem is that they are not leak or spill proof. My 1 year old decided to shake the cup around while it still had milk in it and it leaked out through the straw, the top, etc. and we had droplets of milk all over the place! I have not tried bring a cup with liquid in it in the diaper bag but I imagine I would have a leaky mess if I did. If you supervise your kid while they are drinking, these cups do the job and are a good value for 2 of them. Otherwise, they are a frustrating mess.

Alot better than I thought it would be.
These cups are amazing. My son absolutely loves them he can drink out of them in any position which most of the time he's laying down. They are fairly easy to clean and come with a straw cleaning brush. I have been able to completely switch my son from baby bottles to these cups with no issues.

Good but lid is hard to screw on
This would get 5 star but the only flaw is that it is SO DANG difficult to get the lid to screw on. I literally want to pull my hair out and I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. It’ll go on eventually but takes me about 5 minutes of fiddling with it. other than that, these cups work as they should and my 1 year old loves them
