Dolce Flav Watermelon Extract, Oil-Soluble, 2 Oz

So, this is a product review rewrite. My first batch came out wrong, but I will now admit that it was mostly my fault. It came down to a wrong amount of flavor. The green apple I got from the company to make up for the failed watermelon flavor made some delicious outfashioned hard candy. The problem came from a glass syringe saying .5 and 1.0 without the (ml) on it. The second bottle they sent me had the (ml) on and I instantly knew what the problem was. This company sent me some other flavors as well and they also turned out amazing! Definitely check out their actual webpage and the education resources they have on how to use their flavors! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to make candy! Do try out the green apple and the tropical punch flavors! They also take well to citric and malic acid to make sour flavors.

I have used watermelon flavor (not the Dolce Flav Watermelon Extract) for my watermelon fudge in the past, but decided to see if actual watermelon extract would lend more flavor. NOT! This extract turned my batter orange and really had little to no flavor at all--even using double the amount required for my recipe. I ended up adding my original watermelon flavor (which turns my batter pink). I'm going back to my original "flavor" not extract and I will not be using this one again.

New to trying dolce flavoring, I’ll only be buying dolce flavoring from now on. Great product! Great packaging! I live that it comes with a dropper. A few drops of this flavoring goes a long way. Don’t sleep on this product just order it and thank me later.

So good! Very potent. I use it to flavor my water before carbonating it with the soda stream. It only takes about 10-12 drops so the bottle will last a while! Haven't tried it in any foods but it's exactly what I was looking for to use in my water.

Although it's a little pricey it's a very strong flavor and a little goes a long way.

Best watermelon flavor I’ve had. Very strong, nice smell, only 1 or 2 drops is enough to flavor 8-16 oz drink of choice. I use it to flavor sparkling or flat water or add a touch of watermelon flavor to other juices. I don’t bake so no idea how it works in other uses. Totally worth the price

Very mute and dull flavor. To be honest with lime juice and citric acid it didn’t help either. Wish I could honestly return this or give it to someone. I hate waste and I will likely just throw it out. Love some of the other flavors but really disappointed with the watermelon

I bought this to mix drinks, and it DOES NOT taste like watermelon and it does not have any flavor at all. It tastes like a chemical or oil with absolutely no flavoring at all. PS you cannot return it.
