The Bad: The modern keypad lacks the comfortable feel of classic Nokia phones, making typing difficult. This model is not good regarding to its building quality...i ordered this phone for my 65+ mother....and it keeps lossing Signal...in between calls and always showing switch off mode ...its storage for message is also really less...she has to delete msg within a week or two...speaker ia not working properly... this mobile is still in warranty mode...but i am unable to claim it....worse product and company policy
