Why is the earliest option of delivery for the 13th October and not release day delivery guarantee?

I was wondering the same thing but if I was to have a guess I've come to the conclusion that maybe amazon ain't got the same agreement with ubisoft for this game or they aren't going to get the disc games till too late in the day for delivery to be an option for the 12th.
