I was so surprised when I started using this cuz it took only 3-4 days for my poop cycle to come to normal. I haven't had diarrhea since a week. I was batteling ibs d since 6 months and I literally went to all top docs in my town, also tried ayurvedic doctor but unfortunately there was no relief. I was had loose stools for months together and felt irritated always. I just had one sachet। And my IBS diahorrea stopped। Now I am having normal toilet। Plus gas formation also decreased।

Within 3-4 days it helped me a lot, i was taking so many other antibiotics, pro boitics, seretonin blockers but was not effective and then i tried this, so far consumed 8 sachets and it was very effective, hope the efficacy continues.Must try once if fade up with other trials.
