ideal for use with my goldfish pond
my old fixed length net broke and I needed another, I didn't think for £9 this would be any good but I thought I'd give it a try. My goldfish pond is approximately 1.5m x 2m and I need a long pole to reach across the pond. Wow this net is far better then expected, it extends and locks into place meaning I can reach right across the pond. The net it's self is large enough to enable catching most of the fish if I desired. What I like about the pole is I can reduce the length down and hang it up in my shed. Very good value for money.

Flimsy and useless
The net is not fit for catching anything, it is far too shallow to hold any flying insect in, especially Odonata. The metal is flimsy and the telescopic extendable part gets stuck constantly with undue effort to fix it again.

It's a net that works, great expandable handle, nice and fine net...

Absolute rubbish
Got this to skim duckweed off pond. Hadn't even sed it for 1 minute and the handle bent and then sheared off leaving razor sharp edges. Useless.
