Highly recommended!
They endured a trip through Southeast Asia and our last trip to Chile without any problems! The seams and zippers are impeccable. They have enough room to fill them with clothes and accessories. Highly recommended!

Solid Backpack for the money
I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but at first glance this looks like a pretty solid backpack. It feels a bit heavier than I expected, but I'm new to backpacking so that's on me! From what I've learned from backpacking videos online - you want the weight of your backpack to fall mostly on your hips, and it feels like this backpack accomplishes that. So even though it's on the heavier side, because the weight is mostly on your hips it evens out the weight distribution. Excited to try this out!

Good low cost bag that can accompany plus sizes
The bag is a bit heavier than I wanted…….but the adjustable harness means you most people will likely fit in it unless you need an extra small torso length…..the waist belt is very very generous in length…..like it could fit a size 5x or 6x generous (I wear a women’s 22W and had at least 12 inches of extra strap length on each side of my waist). The shoulder straps are very long and roomy, the chest strap slides up and down to accommodate larger busts when needed. There are better lighter bags out there……but definitely not much else at this price point. The zippers and fabric seem very sturdy. It doesn’t come with a rain cover.

Decent started bag
Decent bag for the price. I over stuffed it the first time out. The stitching didn’t like that. But it still functions. If you’re a regular overnight hiker, I’d get something a little more durable. But it’s nice if you are just starting out.

Worked well for my airline trip!
I had to do a lot of walking between flights , shuttles, BART and a bus. I'm not a tall girl, but it still worked pretty good after cinching it down around my hips.Love all the pockets, I discovered another one after I got to my location!

Defective with poor quality - don't buy from Spreetail
I've owned several things from High Sierra so i expected descent quality for the price. I was wrong with this purchase. While the pack looked nice and had the features i wanted, all at a great price, there were two major quality issues. First, the section separating the bottom shoe area from the top was missing a latch so it didn't work - it was obvious where it was supposed to be at, but was never stitched into the fabric. Second, when put on for the first time with a moderate amount of things in it (not full, and not heavy), the strap broke free from the stitching, making it completely worthless (you can't go backpacking with only one strap working). Both were clear manufacturing quality issues. So i returned it to Spreetail, who wouldn't even give me a full refund even though they sold a defective product. DO NOT BUY FROM Spreetail! Only giving me a partial refund for a defective product is absurd and poor business practices. Overall, this was a horrible purchase and waste of money - a defective product sold from a sketchy business.
