Very poor quality of design. I don’t recommend it to anyone. I tried to use it two times and threw it out in a trash. It doesn’t worth it even one star!

Skewer slots in the lid are way too wide, skewers are falling out when spinning, i had to wrap them around with thin metal cord (pic 2) for them to stay in place. I have older one i got from Russian - slots on it are more narrow, skewers are not falling out, but I have to use a heavy, cumbersome transformer, as Russian voltage is 220, so having one that work in US off 110 was very appeling, but manufacturer needs to make some upgrades, drain cups skewer slots (this is how they are being span around) are not deep enough, they can pop out when laden with meat

The metal is thin, and bends under its own weight. The heating element was loose and wobbled all over. The cutouts on the top lid for the skewers are poorly designed and the skewers get stuck in the slots during the rotation. The space between the skewer 1 and 5 is huge and makes no sense. This product seems like the first revision of a prototype that was sent into production. I cannot recommend this product.

This thing is not usable. The skewers get stuck while rotating because the slots are too wide and the skewers slide into them. It also doesn't produce enough heat. Too bad, I was really looking forward to using it. Returned after one try.
