I have a Samsung TV with no SCART port and a Game console with a SCART connection. Can I use this to connect the game console to the TV?

Usually if the tv was new it comes with a scart adaptor to mini hdmi , if you dont have one they sell them on amazon. You can then plug in your game.

What is the length of cable

It’s short - ignoring both end connections, my cable is a fraction less than 12cm

I have no idea, what I do know is that it is an epic fail, it simply scrambles the picture and is really cheap, it is nothing but a useless bit of plastic and failed to do anything described, I suggest buying one from manufacturer if you can or making your own. steer well clear of this junk

Probably not! The SCART connection is analog and the TV spec that I found for your model, only accepts DIGITAL. BUT - if your model has a Samsung SCART input it could work. Scart and HDMI are NOT the same - different technologies. My TV accepts it and the set came with a cable which was later damaged, so I ordered another one which works.
