So this is the second Poweradd 20k mah battery that has failed me in less than a year. Both times the battery charges, but wont charge the phones plugged into it. Yes, I tried multiple new cords, but phone would not charge. Tried the second usb insert thinking maybe it was only one USB port that stopped working but, no luck. For $25+ I would like to think it would last one year at least. Guess I’ll start buying Anker batteries instead.UPDATE- customer service came thru and refunded my money, or gave me a choice to get a new battery. Very happy with their response to my review.

Have had this a little over a year now and I have used it under 20 times. Tonight the port to charge it stopped working so now I have no way to charge the battery in it, which is a bummer for such little use I have had with it. Overall it worked great for hiking, camping, and 1 power outage in my home. Semi light weight and has a built in flashlight. Just a bummer that I can no longer use it to due to the faulty charging port.UPDATE: the company personally contacted me hours after my review. They helped me troubleshoot my device and we determine it was defective. They sent me a new battery pack immediately and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Wonderful customer service ! I will happily be buying from them again as well as recommending them!

This is a must have item because my phone is always dying at the most convenient time. I use this for all of my iPhones, iPads and etc. It is a great device for taking on the roads or to work if you are not able to access to power supply. A little heavy but nothing that can not be handled. It charges up quickly and holds the charge for a long time. It is sturdy and sleek.

I got the poweradd pilot v7 because I was not sure what to buy at first. I must say I am very impressed with the power bank works I charge my cell phone a few times on a single full charge and the battery pack last for months on standby.It has 2 charging ports for multiple devices. Its not fast charge but can handle 3.4 amps output .Win charging a single device it charges farley fast for not being fast charge. It dose charge slower win chargeing 2 devices at the same time but if time is not a issues for u thin it won't be problem I charge my galaxy s6 in about 1 HR 45 min from 10 % to full charge..The power bank has huge capacity and is still small enough to carry around.Charging the power bank takes around 8 to 10 HRs I recommend getting a good 12 v 2.4 amp adapter to charge power bank the max input for charging the power bank is 5v 2 amps the reason I recommend a bigger adapter to charge the power is not to charge it faster is to have enough power to charge the power bank and not over heat the adapter for charging over a long period of the the bigger adapter won't get hot and charge the power bank at what it needs haven a 5v 2 amp charger to charge the power bank well push the adapter to full capacity well get hot .But other than that I'm very happy with my purchase overall

When mine arrived it was less than 50 percent charged, however, I had an old tablet 2amp rapid charger and it had the mini usb plug so I didn't need the short cable that came with it and it worked fine. It had no problems charging my iPad Air and my ZMax Pro at the same time. I found the manual, such as it is, to be a bit suspect. Because of the manual I thought the flash light didn't work. It says to hold for 3 seconds to turn on or off, it actually takes a double click of the button to turn on or off.It is a bit heavy, but for what it does I can't complain.

This power bank is overall okay. I have had to switch USB ports to fully charge my iPhone quite often.Update:I changed my previous ratings from three to four stars and gave it an additional star for excellent support and customer service. I was shipped a new one free of charge and not only does this new one works perfectly, the support and customer service from this company is nothing short of excellent. They were relentless in the support of their product and I am more than satisfied with the resolution. Great product and excellent customer service!!! HiGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I absolutely love this charger. I bought it to take on our Disney Vacation because I knew I would be using my phone a lot and wouldn’t have access to anywhere to charge my phone. This charger worked amazing. It does take about 10 hours to fully charge, however I own a iPhone X and it will easily charge my phone to 100% 4-5 times. It charges a lot faster than my traditional wall charger. I’m a heavy user and usually have to charge my phone about 3 pm. Instead now I grab this and my phone is fully charged in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend to everyone.

I got this for my wife, she always travels and it is so hard to find an available outlet at the airport for when she needs to charge her battery.I’m glad I got this power bank for her, she said she used it to charge her phone 5x, and still has charge left. She was gone the entire weekend, and up to now, this powerbank still got some juice left.It also comes with two ports, so it comes very handy. It also has a mini flash light for when you need it for an emergency. This works really well, I highly recommend it. Can’t beat the price too.

Desde siempre he tenido problema con la duracion de la bateria estandar de mis smartphones. Buscaba algo que solucionara mi problema, no quería tampoco un powerbank de esos de 2.000 mAh porque no consiguen ni completar una carga asi que necesitaba un mínimo de 10.000 mAh.Vi esta oferta de 20.000 mAh y aunque parecia bastante grande en tamaño, lo que yo buscaba eran prestaciones, asi que lo encargué. Me llegó en su caja, se ve que es chino 100x100 y ahi me asusté, pensaba que no duraría ni 3 recargas. He esperado un tiempo para escribir esta reseña y he de decir que conserva la potencia del primer día. Me da para cargar mi smartphone unas 5 veces completas, todo un logro. El powerbank tarda unas 8 horas en cargarse completamente aunque yo suelo cargarlo cuando está a punto de entrar en su ultima linea de carga.Tiene 4 luces azules cuando está a carga completa y se van apagando segun pierde la carga. Estas son 100%,75%,50% y 25%, así que yo cuando está al 25% ya lo pongo a cargar esa misma noche. Tiene 2 puertos usb asi que puedes cargar dos dispositivos al mismo tiempo. Dispone de una luz led que funciona como linterna asi que tiene doble uso. En definitiva, muy contento con esta compraLo mejor --> . no tiene efecto memoria, o al menos yo no lo he notado en todos estos meses de uso. . su autonomía, carga moviles grandes o tablets sin ningun problemaLo peor --> su peso y tamaño, pero hasta que no evolucionen las baterías, el que quiera potencia, deberá pagar el precio de ese temaño.Recomendaría su compra --> sin duda SI

Después de 6 meses de uso diario puedo contar que esta batería externa es sin duda una de las mejores que he comprado.Los 20000 mAh te dan para recargar muchas veces tus dispositivos, no se calienta nada en ningún momento ni cuando recarga dos dispositivos a la vez.Los 2 usb son muy cómodos al poder cargar varias cosas a la vez.La linterna no es que alumbre mucho pero menos es nada.Muy contento con ella recomiendo la compra.—EDITO—Llevo usándola diariamente durante un año y cuatro meses y después de ese tiempo y alguna que otra caída al suelo sigue perfecta, no se descarga sola, no ha perdido capacidad de carga, una muy buena compra.

Funcionó bastante bien durante los primeros meses, pero dejo de funcionar de repente y ya no fue posible su recarga, lo que me obligó a comprar uno nuevo. Resultado nada satisfactorio.-Después de este comentario, se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me han enviado un nuevo dispositivo sin coste por mi parte. Espero que la calidad sea mejor. Empezaré a utilizarlo ya mismo. Muchas gracias a Eiffel por la buena atención al cliente.El nuevo dispositivo está funcionando a la perfección, y tiene bastante potencia que me permite recargar el móvil entre 6 y 7 veces antes de tener que recargar nuevamente el dispositivo. El problema que tuve con el anterior debió ser defecto de fabricación, por lo que recomiendo la compra de esta marca, muy útil para largos viajes.Muchas gracias de nuevo a Eifel por su amabilidad y gestiones al hacerme llegar uno nuevo.Saludos,

esta baeria auxiliar se la vi a una compañera de trabajo que le encantan todas estas cosas y ella estaba encantada con el funcionamiento por eso me compre una igual. es una buena batería auxiliar o power bank (como le llaman ahora) muy robusta y completa con un diseño que sin ser nada espectacular es bonito. a mi me cumple la funcion perfectamente, lo tengo para dar servicio a mi iphone que el pobre esta ya mal de batería y no siempre tengo un enchufe para conectarlo. de momento he podido cargar el telefono varias veces sin necesidad de volver a cargar la bateria auxiliar. el indicador de nivel de carga es un poco cutre, los cuatro led que rodean el boton de encendido, pero por este precio y esta capacidad está muy bien, aparte tiene un led de iluminación que se enciende si se deja el boton presionado unos segundo.creo que es buena compra y la recomiendo sin dudarlo

Lo compré y al principio funcionaba muy bien, pero después de cinco o seis cargas (lo uso poco), ha empezado a perder capacidad, hasta el punto de que ahora no me llega ni para hacer una carga de mi teléfono móvil. Mi teléfono tiene una capacidad de 4700mah, mientras que en teoría, esta batería debería tener 20000mah, pero al poco tiempo ya se ve que no es así. Un producto malo que al poco tiempo falla, no recomiendo su compra
