SOULWIT Cooling Earpads for Arctis 7/9/(Not Fit Nova) - Black

I had to replace the cushions on my Arctis 1 and decided to splurge by getting the snow leopard pattern. The gel cushions feel firmer than the originals but are still pleasantly squishy, fit the headphone perfectly, and they were super easy to put on. The gel cushions are slightly thicker and shorter than the originals but that could be the years of wear that changed their shape and once on my head I don't notice the size difference. I tried out the suggestion to add a little water for more of a cooling effect and it was a game changer for me personally, especially with this summer heat and my set up being by a window. I feel like the plastic/ faux vinyl around the gel cushions are going to be way easier to clean than the original cushions. The sound quality while playing my games and shows are improved a bit enough that I turned down the volume and I hear less of my neighbors' renovation outside. Overall I highly recommend getting the gel cushions over the standard foam replacements and go ahead and get a cool design, you deserve to have a little sparkle in life ✨👍🏻🤠

These replacement foam earpads are great! They are easy to install and fit my SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless just like the original pads. They are a bit smaller than the factory ones, but not by much. Still comfortable around the ear and you can feel the cooling effect of the gel.

Maybe, I got lucky? It was a first time buying an cool gel earpad for Steel Series. It was the coolest thing I done. My room can get hot and ears sweating. The cool gel will lowers the Fahrenheit just a bit from your ears. And, they were more thicker to prevent having your ears touching the uncomfortable hard plastic.

I have an Arctis 1 headphones which was in need of earpads replacements for a while. Why I bought this one? Well, it all came to price, specially they were on sale. There was no earpads available from Steelseries for this model so had to hunt. Since only option was a generic replacement, I decided to go for cheap ones so if I don't like it, I could replace it soon. I went for the gel versions to check what it is all this about. My reactions, the gel ones make the headphones heavier, they are not soft as the original ones and felt warmer. Yes, you need to water them, and they came with a dropper for that purpose. For me it's an inconvenience to do this every time. Guess the sweat will have to cool down the gel pads. On the body of the earpads, they are smaller and thinner than the original ones which gets me some discomfort at first. Also, since either because they are smaller, thinner or heavier, the headphones now always rest in the headband area, they don't snap in the ear. See the pics included. They also came with some minor defects which for the price I really don't mind. But they are there. I have to say that even they were smaller, they fit perfectly in the Arctis 1 headphones. If your concern is budget wise, they are ok for the price, but if you ask me if I will buy them again, I will say "been there, done that".

I'm pretty happy so far, mainly due to the flexibility in adapting to an old (but good) Razer Tiamat 7.1 v1 that came out 15 years ago. There are specifically made ear pads replacements but use the same poor quality faux-plether that flakes off in a year or sometimes less. So these pads with a fabric material was ideal. The "cooling" effect is not robust, but overall still quite comfortable.

They were a perfect fit after the original fell apart. They are also set well on my head and doesnt give me that heated feel after using the headset for a long time.

So far so good, not ass fluffy as the original but for the price it’s good enough, feels comfy enough in these first few min of testing old vs new

Definitely have a cooling effect. I did a 2-hour gaming session and they didn't get uncomfortable once. They were easy to fit. Recommended.

Tragekomfort: Besonders positiv ist der Tragekomfort. Die Kombination aus Memory-Schaum und Kühlgel sorgt dafür, dass die Kopfhörer auch nach mehreren Stunden angenehm sitzen. Selbst bei langen Gaming-Sessions oder konzentriertem Arbeiten am Schreibtisch entsteht kein Hitzestau, und auch Druckstellen bleiben aus. Man vergisst fast, dass man die Kopfhörer überhaupt trägt – so bequem fühlen sie sich an. Qualität: Auch die Qualität und Verarbeitung haben mich überzeugt. Das Material wirkt robust, aber gleichzeitig angenehm weich auf der Haut. Die Nähte sind sauber verarbeitet, und die Polster ließen sich ohne große Mühe austauschen. Sie passen exakt auf die Kopfhörer und sitzen fest, ohne zu verrutschen. Klang: Was mich zusätzlich überrascht hat, ist die klangliche Wirkung. Durch die bessere Abschirmung von Außengeräuschen wirkt der Sound voller und räumlicher. Vor allem bei Musik mit kräftigen Bässen oder in Spielen mit intensiver Atmosphäre merkt man den Unterschied sofort – das Hörerlebnis wird deutlich intensiver. Mein Fazit: Die Soulwit Kühlgel Ersatz-Ohrpolster sind für mich ein echtes Upgrade. Sie bringen meine Kopfhörer wieder auf ein neues Komfort-Level, fühlen sich hochwertig an und verbessern nebenbei sogar noch das Klangerlebnis. Wer seine alten, abgenutzten Polster ersetzen möchte oder einfach mehr Bequemlichkeit sucht, macht mit diesem Set absolut nichts falsch.
