The product is good. I love the scooter, but my throttle broke and now it's extremely hard to get a part from them. They had it in stock for $20 but they didn't ship it out for a few weeks, after I asked why, they told me I have to pay $25 more dollars to ship it out from China because they are out of stock in the US. I paid the extra $25 but they still didn't ship it a week later. Probably won't recommend this company because of this. Things break and it's important for them to be fixable I'm order to keep enjoying the item. Segway is a bit overpriced for what you're getting, but they have great customer support.
