Definitely Recommend
Very easy set up. Simple as download the app on your phone and you are ready to print. I have never set up a printer so easy ever before. It prints very dark, clearly, and legibly. I highly recommend this label printer.

Poorly designed device, poorly designed app, poor communications from manufacturer.
This product is not worth the hassle. It said it was Bluetooth enabled and compatible with Mac and other devices. This was a selling point since we needed this to be accessible by multiple users with multiple device types. What was not apparent was that an app was needed for each user and one that was very poorly designed. After multiple confusingly written responses to emails explaining that the device did not work as promised, the company said we had to download another app. What it came down to is that the device was only Bluetooth enabled to use for their design app which did not work with our label designs and the other alternative was to print via USB which duplicated the other device we already have. Thanks to Amazon’s return window we have no recourse for satisfaction for this useless, poorly designed device and programming and we’re out the funds to find an appropriate device that suits our needs.

I like it so far...
I'm giving this five stars for now. I'm saying for now... Because I'm not sure what all this printer will do. I have tested some of the options. One of the things I did was... I downloaded Labelife on my tablet from the Google Store. Not on my phone. My tablet. And it's not Chrome. The app downloaded just fine. Then I plugged the printer to the outlet. And I paired my tablet to the printer, and I was shocked! It literally paired at lightning speed!!! In like a half a millisecond! I have never seen any device pair that fast! I didn't need a label, right now. But I decided to do a few test runs. And they worked! The ink print was strong! And we don't have to ever purchase ink? Seriously? This is amazing! I almost feel like there's a catch somewhere? This printer seems too good to be true! They include an adapter cord that you can attach to your laptop. I still have some exploring to do with my laptop. Because all the testing I did tonight was off my tablet. But if this Bluetooth... Will it pick up every label that I need printed off my tablet; since I was able to download the app, and pair the printer with my tablet? Again... I've still got some exploring to do. But so far... I'm really liking this printer! Once I explore more options... I'll come back and do an update on how effective this printer is... But this is the easiest printer that I've ever used in my life! Update: I forgot to mention... They give you very little printing paper. You are going to have to purchase some. I went to the seller's online Amazon store. And I got the 4x6 size. It was hard for me to figure out which one I needed; other than the "type" of paper that I needed. And I just matched the size with what this printer was using. If it doesn't work, I'll be returning it! This is the one thing they're not clear about in their store. I could not find paper that has my printer name in the description. I couldn't find anything that matched the printer itself. So I just went with thermal paper, and a 4x6 size paper. So I hope I chose the right size, and paper.

Works great so far, and it can work with rolls of 4x6 labels
I wanted a convenient way to print shipping labels for eBay, and I was happy to find this. I’ve only tried the USB connection to my PC, as that will be my use case for printing shipping labels. Under Windows 10, the computer recognized the printer (via USB) without me having to install additional software. With my shipping service, I just direct it to general 4”x6” PDF files of the label, and then I just send those to the printer. It worked the first time. The printer driver seems to have a lot of options, but I didn’t mess with any of them - printing a 4x6 inch PDF worked as expected. It comes with a handful of single-sheet labels, but I bought a roll of 4x6 labels meant for another printer and rigged up a print spool to work with this printer (see attached picture). It worked well enough that I will probably build a legit print spool for it. Note that while the printer is pretty compact, the power adapter for it is quite large in comparison, so it makes it a little less convenient to travel with. My other [smaller] thermal label printer was chargeable, so you don’t need to carry the cord around with you, and it is a shame that wasn’t a feature, especially given how much this cost. (The other thermal label printer i mentioned takes rolls of large labels, and is only a little smaller than this, at half the price. However, it doesn’t handle 4x6 labels)

not very user friendly
while i wanted to like this printer, it just didnt work. first, i could not download the driver to my MacBook, had to call tech support and they had to email it to me. after i had it set up and printed a label and some stickers, i thought i was happy with it and unplugged it from my laptop and put it away. i took it out today to print another label; connected it to my laptop, selected it in my list of printers and attempted to print it, but it wouldn't print. called tech support again, and he (Victor) could not help me and instead said that i would be sent instructions by email on how to fix it. this is not what i expected tech support to do. this printer was returned for another brand.
