Sucked. Never buy any products from them.
Had software installed which slowed it down tremendously, had daemons installed (spirits) and the screen really sucked. I mentioned the spirits and daemons because the CEO of Blackview was involved in their installation to “ensure I made a Christian religion for the Jews”. (Written statement). The company also helped the Good Fellows fake My location all around the planet for several years since I bought it. Price of garbage. The company is a bunch of government sell outs. Always ready to put CP on your phone to frame you for money because they don’t like your stance on #HumanSacrifice and #ChildRape.

Lags a bunch
This phone is ok but not great. It auto adjust the brightness of the screen to your environment which it cool and helpful to the eyes. I love the charging screen, how it shows how much it is charging (pictured). It makes calls and texts just fine. It is durable. Camera is as expected. The battery lasts me all day and has plenty left over. Navigation works once you get past setting up all the permissions. However I thought this phone would be at least as good as my old phone which was an android 10, being an android 12, but it is not. It lags everywhere. Especially in the camera when viewing and deleting photos. Loading the internet is a bit slow, especially if it has a lot of photos on the page. Often if I leave an article open to read later it will have disappeared when I return, or say about blank for many minutes before suddenly appearing. Sometimes it is hard to get past the swipe up the opening screen, I have to swipe it many times before it will go, as it wants you to go all the way to the top, meaning I have to use two hands instead of one. The overall look is nice as pictured. The programable button will not let you program it to turn the phone on, perhaps as a anti theft measure, but I wanted it to turn the phone on. Overall it is functional and gets the job done, but expect it to be slow, not seamless.

Not what I expected
I've had 3 different rugged phones and this one wasn't up to par. I had it less than 2 months and although it seemed to be drop proof it was not scratch proof. I started having glitches and other issues after 30 days and just couldn't deal with it so I had to return it.

Not Verizon compatible
We bought this on prime day for our oldest son as a first phone. I swear the description said it was Verizon compatible, since we specifically were looking for that and checked many phones before buying.Today we went to activate as it is a bday present and now Verizon tells us it isn't compatible. Oh, and my return window is closed so I'm sol? 😒

Awful
Music Apps (SiriusXM, Spotify, Amazon Music) crash after 30 minutes. Phone went to BW after a few days.
