Broken reel
I would give a 0 but u can't I was so excited to open up the package because I have played around with the combo's in sportsman's and they are just as good as the stratic c41+ but... I opened it up all carefully because I treat all my gear like a new born baby and I put the handle on and the dang thing sticks when I reel and feels like there's sand in it I think it's a product error or the shipping was rough and it was thrown around I'm pretty bumed out
