So great only down fall is out of the few bought. 1 has leaked water into the cavity but easy fixed!

shame about the sticky residue left when you remove the makers band. It looks unsightly and wont come off, the more you try the more it spreads. Im not sure why they feel the need to stick it to the cup

This is I believe my 5th mug from ThermoCafé by Thermos, I always bought them in Tesco and they were great. But as couldn't find one in Tesco recently decided to order it online. The mug is great, exactly like on the picture but the lid is disappointment. The lid is not really sucked to the mug when hot drink its inside, so any collapse and the lid will probably fall off. Also the little slide lock lid on the top is all the time falling down, which mean I need to drink with one hand on the handle and other on the little slide lock lid. If that will be my first mug I would probably not realise those things, but my old mug lid is 100% better just very worn now.

Absolute rubbish, the lid leaks, the sliding drinking cover is loose so unless you have a huge nose it will slide shut as you tip it to your lips.....buy a slightly more expensive one or buy this a keep a couple of straws handy....do not fill more than 3/4 if your using this in your car as the cup holder will be swimming in tea or coffee.

Good quality item retaining heat of contents but esp important it fits in the standard car drinks’ holders. Many travel mugs have a broader base and don’t fit so you’re left with placing it on floor of passenger side and inevitable spill results!

I bought this as a present it went down a treat.
