Pretty well built with the following caveats: 1) The longer bolt is not threaded all the way and prohibits using it as shown in the photos. 2) The carriage bolts are not recessed into the bottom plate so it will not lay flat against a hard surface. 3) There is lot of "slop" between the smaller rollers and the bolts. The unit works well and I have it mounted against a carpeted surface so it does lay flat for my installation.

Very thick, does not lay flat to floor. you need a huge gap under the doorway for this to work.

Works great for our sliding door. Highly recommend!

Works perfectly with our Barn Door, glides like a dream. Instructions could be a tad bit better, but it does assemble easily.

Works great, screwed in to a stud in the wall. A little rattely, bit way better than what came with my door hardware.
