Pleased with this purchase.
Works exactly as expected. This is super strong. It's also pretty heavy. The power cord was shorter than I needed so I swapped it out with a longer cord and it's working great.

Solid product
Solid product that can hold up to 2000 pound by factory recommendation, it work really good the only kit I have to point is the red stop disc for automatic stop is too small the go thru the ring and does not stop the motor from been over tight, I fixed adding a bigger square of wood. Other than that it work perfect, easy installation, be aware you will need help due to weight, it’s really heavy, It’s not to noisy since I installed in an open space, but can be an issue in enclosed area. In my opinion it worth what I did pay for it.

1 year in and still very happy.
I bought this as a lift to pick material from ground level to my loft in my shop along with general lifting needs in the shop. The lift speed of the winch and wireless remotes were the 2 promary factors in choosing it.It works exactly as advertised and the wireless remote has allowed me to work from either the lift from or lift to point. The wireless remote has never failed to be connected and work no matter how much plugging in or unplugging I do. I've only lifted up to around 1000lb with it but it did that with no issues. Normal lifts of 50- 300lbs don't even slow the lift speed down.I swapped the braided steel line for a synthetic rope and eventually put trolly wheels on it.Only issue with it is safety stop trigger is absolute garbage, so don't ever really on it to stop the winch.

Good - but watch out for the undersized safety stop ring
This is a serious piece of equipment. Weighs about 45 pounds, and with the trolley I used for I beammounting was about 80 lbs. I tapped a 1/4-20 hole on the top to mount the bracket for the controller. Getting it up in the air and stable took some time and rigging. Works well, but the red safety donut on the hoist is undersized and can pop through the catch that triggers the hoist to stop when it is fully retracted, allowing it to keep winding. This could wreck your line, or worse, cause the load it’s holding to release. I added a larger diameter ring to make sure the safety stop triggers (white disk in pic).

Great electric hoist!
This hoist was just what I was looking for. I installed mine on an “A” frame to lift my zero turn John Deere mower and other mowers to clean the decks and service the blades. I am very pleased with it so far. I would recommend!!

Poor quality cable used and assembled without regard to safetyl
Purchased and installed. Immediately, LOUD clunking noises as the hoist lifted the platform for which it was intended. Looking up online for suggestions, it recommended that the cable be wound firmly and without spaces so the cable would not FALL into a lower portion of the spooled cable. It is also recommended to unwind the entire cable and to rewind with firm pressure, and to make sure the cable does not wind irregularly, so that the cable does not fall from a high point to a lower point while being wound. While unwinding the entire cable, I found multiple KINKS, FLAT SPOTS (where the cable had been smashed), and a few broken wires. I have taken pictures and sent them to the manufacturer.
