Only Ran 5 Months. MIDCVFRUN has reached out to me and has given a full refund.
Installed this in May and by September it was junk. would not recommend!After posting this MIDCVFRUN has reached out to me to see how they could correct this problem either a new fan or a refund. I choose a refund and with in a few days a refund has come through. I'm still not sure of the fan. The company is very good and very honest. I would definitely recommend them as a company. Thank you MIDCVFRUN

Price is good for the CFM
The inlet and outlet was described as 4 inches, but the size was actually only 3 1/2" which created excessive misfit with a 4" flexible coupling when mounting.This size difference could cause leaking of the radon gases on the outlet side.

Impressive
I installed this in my crawl space that always has a moldy smell in the winter. It is a great replacement for the Fantech that froze up. It came with all the necessary hardware to easily mount on the floor joists. Great suction power and is very quiet. In fact, I don't hear it compared to my old blower and no more moldy odors.

You get what you pay for.
A standard 3” rubber fitting was difficult to put on. Had to stretch the rubber adapter. It is also not quiet.

The original one only lasted 2.5 yrs. Hopefully this one will last longer

Efficiency
The fan runs well to evacuate Radon in my house the only thing is the sound level. It is mentioned less then 45 decibel but it is more like 55 decibel
