Many comments claim that other sellers, while using a photo of the model listed here, actually received a 'square' plug enclosure, not the contoured one shown here. This review is mainly to affirm that from this seller, you get what's in the photo.I actually bought an identical item for a project of mine almost 30 years ago. That was 'Made in the UK' and has a better build quality than these 'Made in China' trailing sockets, particularly where the brass plug contacts are concerned. So, 4 rather than 5 stars because of this. There is also no pre-drilled holes to allow fixing to walls etc. but that not really an issue as far as I'm concerned.

The media could not be loaded.  Attached video shows the degree of flex in the plug top (plug top screw is fully tight BTW, so the movement is in the flimsy plastic lid), didn't feel safe to use.Sometimes companies just cut too many corners to get the product price down and this is a good example.

Advertised as having keyhole so you can attach to the wall. It doesn’t. This is why I chose this one over others. Price wise it does what it needs to at a good price hence the 3*

I was after a short extension as a replacement to an ancient on I lost recently, and wanted one as low a profile as possible. This is exactly what I was looking for. The lead is thick and strong, and the same can be said of the two ends, with the plug very solid and the extension well put together and strong. There's not really much else to say here really other than it does its job perfectly and is excellent value for money.

Its a mains lead. what more can you say.It works, The electricity goes through it and comes out the socket.What more could you want..Seriously though, this is good quality and a good priced item

Does what it says on the tin. I can now get power to my TV! Seems reasonable quality. Works with powerline adapter.

Working well and offering greatly improved convenience by being able to control a household item from an adjacent switched socket without the need to get up every time it needs be switched on and off.Consideration was first given to a 1m version but it was quickly realised that a longer lead was essential. This is ideal for the situation.
