Does fairly well in direct sun, not so much in cloudy conditions
I tested it quite a bit. In direct sun I'm getting 16-18W going into a Bluetti EB55 power station, and for a more complete test I also tried connecting it to a Victron charge controller and it got 17-19W there. In cloudy conditions it basically gets nothing... 0W to 1W. In very thin wispy conditions it gets around 7W. This is at my latitude (37 degrees north, California, SF) in May.The panels are connected to a little box that hangs out the back with a USB-A, USB-C, and a DC port. The DC port appears to access the panel directly and is suitable for plugging into a power station or charge controller. I would go as far as to say that you might even be able to plug a 19V laptop directly into the DC port, but I haven't tried and YMMV. The USB ports are suitable for charging a device.Of course, this is just a little 20W unit. It is compact and robust and I like it and can recommend it on those terms. It is definitely heavier than an equivalent flexible folding panel would be, though, because it is hard-framed. But on the other-hand, this hard-framed panel is less likely to get broken. I think it is a decent product and am giving it 5 stars.

Broken on 1st try..
If you have days.. and lots of stare time.. it'll do like your harbor freight solar kit. Nuff said

Broken out of the box
Packaging okay. Item appeared to have been used since the frame was scratched in several places as well as the plastic cover for one of the two junction boxes was cracked in half. Disappointed.

Good for camping
This little solar panel can run my personal fan on high & charge my cell phone at the same time. It does need to be in direct sunlight - my fan would shut off if my shadow covered half of the panel or if a cloud covered the sun but my kid loves that he can play on his tablet even when there's no power!

Solid mobile solar charger
Ordered this on a whim to see how it would work well and didn't expect much from it. It actually did very well in direct(ish) sunlight charging smaller battery items such as a Cardo after a day of use within 4 to 5 hours. Its no replacement for actually plugging in but as a camping accessory I highly recommend.

Nice portable solar panel, good power for its size
UPDATE: My first review was not accepted, and I’m not sure why. I only have good things to say about this panel. I removed a lot of my in-depth electrical testing, and am re-posting.This is a neat little solar panel, in a portable/suitcase form factor. It has bendable legs, so that you can easily adjust the panel to best face the sun, as well as a DC output, 2 USB-A outputs, and a USB-C output. Note, the USB-C outlet is just a power-only, and doesn’t support PD or rapid charging.I tested this panel on a very sunny day, close to noon, with the panel pointed generally at the sun. I measured 22.13V with no load, but under a high current load, the voltage dropped to about 15.4V. This is fairly typical for solar panels, and puts my measurement of the panel around 15W, which is pretty good for non-optimized every-day conditions. I also tested with a high current load, and measured a fairly steady 0.95 to 0.96 amp current, with the voltage around 15.4V. The USB-A port can provide about 7W of power transfer, which makes sense for just over 1 amp current at 5V.Final Rating: 5 stars. This is a great panel, in a ruggedized portable form factor, that already has USB-A, USB-C, and DC jack connections, for a very reasonable price.

Great quality solar panel with great output.
I really liked this solar panel as soon as I got it out of the packaging. The design is really great and the execution is great quality. It has integrated USB charging ports as any portable foldable solar panel should always have in my opinion. We have been having a lot of storm going through our location over the last week so I was not able to test it in the clear sun at all, if ti was not raining it was at least completely cloudy so I had to test it in very unfavorable conditions, but even then this solar panel was able to deliver great power output and charged my devices very quickly. It is also very light and compact so I will be keeping it in the car at all times now and will be taking it on my trips or even to the beach or a park. I am very pleased with this purchase and will be definitely recommending it. The price point for such good quality solar panel is also good value. I am sure you will not regret this purchase.

Charges super fast
I downloaded an app to see how efficient it charged, not expecting much, and it charged my phone faster than the wall did! It’s got 2 usb ports and a DC port, also I’m not sure what you would use that for and a USBc. Pretty simple, you just set it in the sun and plug in your stuff. I don’t think it has any batteries in it tho but would pair well with a powerbank
