Incompatible avec les défonceuses TREND, il faut acheter un adaptateur, malgré le fait que la fraise fasse 1/2" et que la défonceuse soit aussi compatible avec 1/2" car pour TREND, 1/2" fait 12.7mm dans le cas de la fraise, mais seulement 12mm dans le cas de la défonceuse. Bien entendu, TREND vend un collet de 12.7mm qui coute la coquette somme de 44€. Tout est cher et volontairement rendu incompatible pour vous forcer à acheter encore et toujours des accessoires. Je renvoie donc tout, la fraises, le gabarit pour plan de travail et la défonceuse.

I bought these for cutting and shaping my kitchen worktops made from wood and laminate 40mm thick. Had no problens but never having used a router before was surprised how quickly your router bits can blunt. I cut my worktop joints using a Trend Jig and these Trend router bits cutting a few millimeters depth at a time and found these bits were ok for one joint i.e two sides of a joint. They are however a lot cheaper in price than others available and overall not too expensive. The finish was fine and my worktop joints look great.

Having these pop up on my ‘recommendation’ list it was perfect timing as I need some worktop cutters soon, and in my eyes Trend are the guru’s when it comes to router cutters and these seemed well priced for branded bits. I didn’t check the delivery time though as they were sold directly by Amazon so I was expecting Prime or a few days delivery and only after clicking did I see the estimated delivery time of between end of May and start of July! Having never had to wait anywhere near this long for an Amazon package, even from China, unless the tungsten was being mined on the moon and it was down to a Space Shuttle to collect it, I gave them the benefit of the doubt! Sure enough, no worries, in less than a week they were in my grasp – well, I say that metaphorically, you wouldn’t want to grasp these, they are razor sharp and have a quality well beyond their price mark. Great packaging as well, with each one in its own small plastic tube to protect it, with all three in a bigger storage case so they can be easily taken to the job if they are all needed, or kept close to hand in with a router without damaging them. Can’t see I’ll have any gripes with these when I use them in the next few days, they look the business so they should perform well, and with the delivery time nowhere near being quoted, like Arnie, ‘I’ll be back’ for a few more once I need them.
